Biden Administration Releases Fall 2021 Unified Agenda

On December 10, 2021, the Biden Administration released its Fall 2021 Unified Agenda of Regulatory and Deregulatory Actions (“Agenda”) which identifies each federal agency’s planned near- and long-term actions.  The Agenda provides the public with an important opportunity to understand what each agency is planning and to prepare accordingly.
