Jared Wigginton

Jared Wigginton is a U.S.-based attorney who provides first-rate legal service to clients in litigation, appellate, regulatory, and other matters. Clients value Jared’s clear-eyed, cost-effective, and relentless pursuit of their interests. Jared has substantial experience representing clients in complex civil litigation; high-value appeals; environmental and natural-resources matters; and constitutional, contractual, and probate disputes. Jared also advises clients in these and other substantive areas.

Currently based in Southern Nevada, Jared is licensed to practice law in Nevada, California, Washington, Montana, and the District of Columbia. Jared has represented clients before the U.S. Supreme Court; the U.S. Courts of Appeals for the Fifth, Ninth, and District of Columbia Circuits; the U.S. District Courts for the District of Columbia, Northern District of California, and District of Montana; and the Montana and Washington Supreme Courts.

Before founding Good Steward Legal, Jared worked at large law firms in Washington, D.C. and Seattle, Washington. Jared also served as a judicial clerk to the Honorable Michael L. Douglas of the Nevada Supreme Court, volunteered for two years in Cameroon and the Republic of Congo, and taught at the high-school level in his hometown of Riverside, California.
